Tap2Tour - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website, services, cab booking assistance, travel coordination and transport facilitation services (“Services”) provided by Tap2Tour, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Nature of Service (Important)

Tap2Tour is NOT a transport operator.

Tap2Tour is a:

• Travel coordination platform
• Cab arrangement facilitator
• Information & booking assistance service

Transportation services are provided by independent third-party drivers, fleet owners, or vendors.

Tap2Tour only connects the customer and driver.

Therefore:

• The transport contract exists between Customer and Driver, not Tap2Tour.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18+ years old
• Provide correct mobile number and identity details
• Use the service only for lawful travel purposes

Tap2Tour may refuse service without explanation.

3. Booking Rules

3.1 Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only after:

• Advance payment, OR
• Written confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS

3.2 Package Rules

• One way = 1 pickup + 1 drop only
• Round trip = itinerary based
• Unused kilometers or time will NOT be refunded
• Route cannot be changed after trip starts

3.3 Early Trip End

If you end the trip early, the full package amount is still payable.

4. Pricing & Payment

Tap2Tour only communicates fare on behalf of the driver.

Payment may be:

• Advance payment to Tap2Tour
• Remaining balance paid directly to the driver

Charges may include:

• Driver allowance
• Toll
• Parking
• State tax
• Night charges
• Hill charges

These are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices may change due to:

• Fuel price changes
• Route change
• Waiting time
• Government taxes

5. Cancellation Policy

Advance payment is non-refundable unless specifically mentioned.

Tap2Tour’s decision is final.

6. Waiting & Extra Charges

• 30 minutes free waiting
• After that ₹3–₹5 per minute (depends on vehicle)
• Night charges apply from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Extra day charges apply after midnight

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passenger must:

• Carry valid ID
• Respect the driver
• Not drink, smoke, or use narcotics inside the vehicle
• Not overload luggage
• Not carry illegal goods

Damage or cleaning charges are payable by the passenger.

8. Vehicle & Driver Disclaimer

Tap2Tour:

• Does not own vehicles
• Does not employ drivers
• Does not guarantee specific car model

Only vehicle category is guaranteed:

• Sedan
• SUV
• Traveller

AC may be turned off in hilly areas or heavy traffic.

9. Delays & Missed Flights/Trains

Tap2Tour is not responsible for:

• Traffic
• Breakdown
• Weather conditions
• Roadblocks
• Driver delay
• Accidents
• Strikes
• Police checking
• Missed flights, trains, or events

Please keep buffer time.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tap2Tour shall NOT be liable for:

• Injury
• Death
• Theft
• Accident
• Luggage loss
• Driver misconduct
• Service quality issues

Maximum liability of Tap2Tour: ₹500 only.

11. Third Party Responsibility

The driver or fleet owner is fully responsible for:

• Vehicle fitness
• License
• Insurance
• Passenger safety
• Permits

Any dispute shall be between customer and driver. Tap2Tour may assist but is not legally liable.

12. Communication Consent

By booking, you agree to receive:

• Calls
• SMS
• WhatsApp messages
• Promotional offers

13. Misconduct & Abuse

Tap2Tour may permanently block users for:

• Threatening staff
• Abusing driver
• Fake bookings
• Payment refusal

Legal action may be taken if necessary.

14. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve mutually. If unresolved, Pune courts only.

15. Acceptance

By booking or using Tap2Tour services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
