Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Tap2Tour

PLEASE READ THIS SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING TAP2TOUR SERVICES.

By registering as a Driver / Vendor / Fleet Partner with Tap2Tour or accepting trip leads through website, WhatsApp, phone call or any other communication channel, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

This agreement governs the relationship between Tap2Tour (Travel Coordination Platform based in Pune, Maharashtra, India) and the Driver / Vendor / Fleet Owner (hereinafter referred to as “Partner”).


1. Nature of Platform

Tap2Tour is a lead generation and travel coordination platform.

  • Tap2Tour does NOT own vehicles.
  • Tap2Tour does NOT operate as a transport operator.
  • Tap2Tour connects customers with independent transport service providers.
  • The Partner independently provides transportation services.
  • Tap2Tour is NOT responsible for operating the trip.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

The Partner acknowledges:

  • They are NOT employee, agent, or staff of Tap2Tour.
  • They operate independently.
  • They control vehicle, driver, fuel, permits and operations.

Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship.


3. Direct Relationship With Customer

Once a booking is accepted, the transportation contract exists directly between Partner and Customer.

Tap2Tour only facilitates communication.

Partner is fully responsible for:

  • Trip execution
  • Safety
  • Behaviour
  • Route
  • Vehicle condition
  • Documents & permits

4. Driver & Vehicle Requirements

4.1 Driver Must Always Have:

  • Valid driving licence
  • Commercial badge (if applicable)
  • ID proof
  • No alcohol or drug consumption
  • Polite behaviour

4.2 Mandatory Vehicle Documents:

  • RC
  • Insurance
  • PUC
  • Permit
  • Fitness certificate (if applicable)

All fines, penalties and legal action are responsibility of the Partner.


5. Service Quality Standards

Partner must:

  • Reach pickup location on time
  • Follow Google Map / instructed route
  • Not demand extra money outside agreed fare
  • Maintain clean vehicle and hygiene
  • Not smoke inside vehicle
  • Not carry unknown passengers
  • Drop customer at correct destination

Failure may lead to penalty or blocking.


6. Booking Acceptance Rules

  • Partner cannot cancel without valid reason after accepting trip.
  • Last moment cancellation may attract penalty.
  • Delay beyond 30 minutes treated as service failure.
  • Tap2Tour may reassign booking and penalize Partner.

7. Payment Terms

  • Customer pays directly to Partner unless specified otherwise.
  • Tap2Tour may charge platform/service fee.
  • Partner cannot change fare without approval.
  • Extra charges must be approved by customer.
  • Tap2Tour may deduct penalties from payable amount.

8. Customer Complaints

Tap2Tour may take action in cases of:

  • Rude behaviour
  • Overcharging
  • Route manipulation
  • Unsafe driving
  • Vehicle mismatch
  • Fraud attempt

Actions may include warning, penalty, suspension or permanent blocking. Tap2Tour decision shall be final.


9. Partner Responsibilities

Partner is solely responsible for:

  • Accidents
  • Passenger injury
  • Luggage loss
  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Legal violations
  • Police cases
  • Insurance claims

Tap2Tour assists only in coordination, not liability.


10. Misconduct & Serious Offences

For serious complaints (harassment, threat, assault, fraud):

  • Immediate suspension
  • Sharing details with authorities
  • Permanent blacklisting

11. Data & Brand Usage

Partner shall NOT:

  • Misuse Tap2Tour brand
  • Collect customers privately
  • Create fake bookings
  • Advertise as Tap2Tour employee

All Tap2Tour logos and branding remain property of Tap2Tour.


12. Term & Termination

  • Agreement remains active until terminated.
  • Tap2Tour may suspend or terminate Partner for policy violation, fraud, legal issues, bad ratings or complaints.
  • Partner may leave anytime but cannot use Tap2Tour name thereafter.

13. Indemnity

Partner agrees to indemnify Tap2Tour against legal claims, damages, accidents, penalties or disputes arising due to Partner's service.


14. Limitation of Liability

Tap2Tour is only a coordination platform.

Tap2Tour shall NOT be liable for:

  • Injury
  • Accident
  • Death
  • Loss of luggage
  • Delay
  • Service quality

Maximum liability of Tap2Tour shall not exceed ₹100.


15. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Indian Law.

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
